This will be completed in three sessions (Jan 14, 21 and 28). If you choose to complete it at home, that will be fine. I will be able to access the account and know if it is completed.
If this is your first time at the AlcoholEdu website, do the following:
Copy and paste the following code into the New User's Login ID field: 12fortworthfr
Click on the Sign Up button.
Fill out the form, and then click on the Create My Account button. NOTE: Please use your school email address* as your Username in the format "FirstName.LastName@fwcd.com"
* Even if you don't use your email address, we need to keep the usernames consistent.
If you already have an account on AlcoholEdu, login as a Returning User.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT LOG OUT UNTIL YOU CLICK THE NEXT BUTTON OR YOU WILL HAVE TO REPEAT THE SECTION YOU HAVE JUST FINISHED.
